Project Management

The Engine Behind Effective Project Delivery

The Zambia Agribusiness and Trade Project (ZATP) adopts a structured and results-driven approach to project management to ensure effective implementation, accountability, and sustainability. The project is managed through a dedicated Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry, working in close collaboration with key stakeholders, regulatory institutions, and development partners.

The project is implemented through clearly defined components, with Component 2 focusing on strengthening regulatory and institutional frameworks to support agribusiness and trade.

Food Safety

Environmental and Social Safeguards

The Project Management framework of ZATP ensures that all activities are effectively coordinated, transparently executed, and aligned with national development goals. Through strong governance and integrated management systems, ZATP continues to drive sustainable growth in agribusiness and trade across Zambia.
