A Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) for ZATP II is an institutional framework established  to receive grievances, concerns and feedback from stakeholders and from affected communities and to ensure timely and effective resolution.

The ZATP II GRM is a feedback system, that is  not only limited to receiving grievances but comprehensively the following:

  1. Grievances;
  2. Compliments;
  3. Suggestions; and
  4. Recommendations
